This policy applies to every upload, generation request, generated video and use of the service.

Permission and disclosure
The service is for adults aged 18 or older. Do not submit photos of minors. Obtain permission from every person depicted. Generated videos must not be presented as authentic footage, evidence, endorsements or real statements or actions by another person.
Prohibited content
Do not upload, request, generate or distribute pornography, sexually explicit content, non-consensual intimate imagery, graphic violence, gore, hate speech, targeted harassment, terrorism-related content, child sexual abuse material, other depictions of minors, deceptive impersonation or fraud.
Use only material you own or are authorized to use. Do not infringe copyright, trademarks, privacy or publicity rights. Do not imply affiliation with Alvin and the Chipmunks, TikTok or other rights holders.
Moderation, reports and appeals
The service checks consent confirmations and account restrictions before accepting uploads and generation requests. Provider rejection or violation signals can stop a task and restrict its result. Confirmed failed or rejected tasks return reserved credits.
To report a concern or appeal a decision, contact support with the relevant task ID or page URL and a concise explanation. Do not attach prohibited or intimate images as evidence.
